expired drugs worth Tk 30,14,22,186 have been withdrawn and destroyed.
Besides, a fine of Tk 7,26,10,203 has been levied through a mobile
court for storing expired, counterfeit, unregistered and adulterated
drugs from January to October.
Deputy Attorney General ABM Abdullah Al Mahmud Bashar told BSS that
a report of the Department of Drug Administration stating the
information was presented today in a High Court Division Bench
comprising Justice Md Khasruzzaman and Justice Md Mahmud Hasan
