Shravan Rathod-of Nadeem Shravan jodi, passed away due to COVID on April 22. Down with COVID themselves, the acclaimed musician's elder son Sanjeev and wife Vimla Rathod who were admitted in Seven Hills Hospital at that time, could not have even his last glimpse. But the ordeal was far from over for the Rathods; Sanjeev's condition subsequently deteriorated and he had to be put on oxygen support. Later, the family got him shifted to Wockhardt Hospital (Agripada). It is only now that Sanjeev is finally going home and has been discharged from Wockhardt.
Talking to ETimes on his way back , a few minutes ago, Sanjeev said, "I am still feeling quite weak and lungs will take time to heal completely, but finally I tested negative for COVID. I have finished my isolation period in the hospital itself but will make sure to maintain social distancing and wear a mask at home for the next few days."
