Exclusive scholarship for Black Pittsburgh students opens up to city's Black private school

The Fund for the Advancement of Minorities is adding a predominantly Black school to its scholarship program. The fund sends more than 50 Black students each year to predominantly white, private high schools. But now it’s adding The Neighborhood Academy, which predominantly serves Black students.
