Exclusion of presidential candidates raises criticism in Libya

Tripoli, nov 25 (Prensa Latina) Various Libyan sectors criticized today the decision of the High National Electoral Commission (HNEC) to exclude 25 candidates for the presidency of the nation, including Saif al Islam, son of defeated Muammar al-Gaddafi.
