Ex-Vanguard chief joins Tilney Smith & Williamson board

Former Vanguard chief executive Bill McNabb is set to join the board of Tilney Smith and Williamson. McNabb was appointed as Vanguard's chief executive in 2008, then as chairman in 2010. He served as chief executive for nine years before retiring. He carried on as chairman for a further year, stepping down in 2018.
