Ex-trooper accused in fatal crash now faces new investigation as Buchanan mayor

A.J. Scott ran for mayor of Buchanan while still being prosecuted for vehicular homicide. Now the city has hired a an outside investigator to look into some recent disturbing behavior by the former trooper.
