Ex-teacher at two Boston schools charged with child sex abuse

Carter Peaseley, 40, of Quincy, who worked as a substitute teacher at a Boston Public School in 2018, and also worked at a charter school, allegedly had an online relationship with a teenage girl in Virginia, federal prosecutors said Tuesday.
