Ex-sheriff's deputy charged after April Fools office prank in Susquehanna County

A former Susquehanna County deputy sheriff faces charges after investigators said she put superglue on a fellow deputy's water bottle, gluing the woman's lips together, in an apparent April Fools prank gone wrong.
