Ex-lorry driver gets 35 years' jail for girlfriend's murder

PUTRAJAYA: A former lorry driver was sentenced to 35 years in prison and 12 strokes of the cane by the Federal Court here Wedneday (Nov 29) for the murder of his girlfriend seven years ago.
