Ex-leader of Lancaster County Drug Task Force will serve 8-22 years in prison for theft of funds

John Burkhart pleaded guilty in March to stealing $140,000 in Task Force funds between 2014 and 2020. He was ordered to pay restitution at a hearing Thursday.
