Ex-Kentucky attorney pleads guilty to wire fraud

LOUISA, Ky. — Former Lawrence County, Kentucky, attorney Michael T. Hogan and his wife and legal secretary, Joy M. Hogan, pleaded guilty Tuesday in federal court to wire fraud.
