Ex-justice Johann Kriegler says SA doesn't need electoral reform

The first chairperson of the electoral commission after apartheid, Johann Kriegler, said electoral reform will do little to hold politicians accountable and independent candidates will constantly be going against the grain in a lonely quest to further their own agenda, no matter how noble.
