Ex-clerk sentenced for defrauding Burnaby Oak + Fort of $81K

Surrey resident Xining Yiyuan Chong, 32, has been sentenced to 18 months of house arrest and 100 hours of community work service for more than $81,000 in fake refunds he put on his debit card while working at the Metrotown Oak + Fort last year.
