'New college campus' and 'affordable housing' agreed for High Wycombe

TWO major redevelopment projects that include a “new college campus” and dozens of affordable housing units have been approved for High Wycombe.
Buckinghamshire Council has agreed to dispose the freeholds of Collins House, on Desborough Road, and 30-34 Oxford Road in deals that will transform the two vacant sites.
Buckinghamshire College Group have offered to buy the Oxford Road freehold to consolidate their Amersham and Flackwell Heath campuses in Wycombe town centre.
“Displaced temporary residential accommodation will be provided at the council’s new development at Desborough Road”, according to council documents.
'The college offer is also dependent upon them cross financing from disposal of their Amersham and Flackwell Heath campuses'
