Evers signs highway dedication bill to honor fallen deputy in St. Croix County

MADISON (WKBT) -- Gov. Tony Evers signed a bill into law dedicating a portion of Hwy 128 in St. Croix County to honor fallen Deputy Kaitie Leising on Thursday.
