Dr André Brodkorb and Dr Linda Giblin and the INFOGEST research network are hosting a Virtual International Conference on Food Digestion on the 6th and 7th of May.
Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, the physical International Conference on Food Digestion in Cork was postponed to May 2022 (https://www.icfd2022.com/). This virtual event is to give researchers, especially PhD students, an opportunity to present their results on an international stage.
The event will take place on 6 May, 12pm to 6pm (Dublin) and 7 May, 7.30am to 2pm (Dublin). The conference will cover six themes relating to food digestion:
