Event decided as per time given by Appasaheb, says Mungantiwar

State Industries Minister Uday Samant claimed there was no negligence on part of the government and the event was organised after discussions with Shree Sadasya (followers of Dharmadhikari), but the opposition was trying to politicise the issue.
