REDS EYEING MIDFIELD GOAL MACHINE
Liverpool are looking at signing AZ Alkmaar midfielder Teun Koopmeiners as a potential replacement for Georginio Wijnaldum, according to a report.
The Anfield club look increasingly likely to lose Wijnaldum as the season progresses. The 30-year-old, one of Liverpool’s most consistent players since his 2016 arrival, is in the final few months of his contract. However, there has been little to suggest that he will sign an extension.
