Eureka Forbes promoter Advent International sells 10% stake in co; FPIs grab a pie

Lunolux Ltd, a firm owned by Advent, sold 1,93,47,924 shares of Eureka Forbes at Rs 506.06 apiece, block deals data on the BSE showed. The sale was at a marginal discount to the previous closing price of the stock.
