Despite Christmas feeling like months ago, winter still rolls on for another month. With snow packing the Willamette Valley and rain soaking fair shores, there’s one sure way to keep warm: alcohol. 
With warm bellies and moderately mellowed souls in mind, CAFE 541 reached out to the local gastronomic scene to see which concoctions they could brew, burn and turn to keep bones thawed.
