EU extends $54 billion in loans and grants to support Ukraine

After Hungary dropped its veto, the European Union has voted to give Ukraine a massive aid package to help it pay its bills and rebuild the war-torn country. The money is not intended for Ukraine to purchase weapons in its fight against Russia.
