Estate of 16-year-old CHOP shooting victim prepares to sue City of Seattle

It's been more than two years since Antonio Mays, Jr. was shot and killed. His family is preparing to sue, claiming that the City of Seattle allowed CHOP to takeover part of the Capitol Hill neighborhood with no plan to protect people.
