Cyclone Tauktae has proved to be a disappointing déjà vu for several poverty-struck families residing in the tiny Umbarvira hamlet, located at some distance from Khalapur. Just like last year, when
Cyclone Nisarga had struck, this time round as well, several of their houses have been washed away, and they have once again moved into an abandoned railway tunnel in the area, eking out a miserable existence.
