The Erie Philharmonic experienced a special Thursday night.
Not only did they finish out a season of eight free televised and live-streamed concerts, called "At Home" on WQLN, but they also announced a year of performances and community outreach.
“While these televised concerts on WQLN PBS have been one of the most uplifting experiences in my tenure here with the orchestra, we are beyond excited to get back on stage at the Warner Theatre,” said Executive Director Steve Weiser.
“The stage is going to be bigger, the lights are going to be brighter, and the sound is going to be vastly improved. Every aspect of the performance side of the Philharmonic will be enhanced. And, we’ll be debuting a newly-installed 1,500-piece pipe organ and a brand-new Steinway piano.”
