Jasmine Flores believes an electoral shift is coming — and that communities across western Pennsylvania should expect to see more candidates like her in the political winner’s circle.
“I honestly think that working-class members of our society are tired of people who don’t come from struggle representing us in local government,” said Flores, 28, who secured one of the four Democratic nominations for Erie City Council in Tuesday’s municipal primary.
