EPA Provides FIFRA Compliance Advisory for Pesticide Devices

EPA advisory responds to increased number of pesticide devices sold or distributed in US that EPA found non compliant with FIFRA requirements. EPA continues enforcement actions against companies importing, distributing, selling pesticide devices not FIFRA compliant.
