The Eastern Ontario Health Unit added 27 cumulative cases over the weekend as the region sits on the cusp of being pushed into Red-Control restrictions.
Since Friday’s update, the EOHU added 16 new cases to the cumulative total in Cornwall, and 11 in SDG. Eleven active cases were added in Cornwall, seven in SDG, and four were resolved in Prescott-Russell, bringing the total to 14 new active cases.

There are a total of 50 active cases in SDG, 47 in Prescott-Russell, 64 in Cornwall, and 17 in the northern portion of Akwesasne. There are 178 active cases in the EOHU, out of 2,897 since the start of the pandemic.
