Environment Canada issues second heat wave warning in two weeks

Environment Canada has issued yet another heat wave warning in the Montreal-Laval area starting this Wednesday through to Monday… Montreal is expected to receive highs of 30+ degrees with humidex reaching near 40 degrees over the weekend.
