Entire apartment building evicted as fixed-term leases erode stock of affordable units

All the tenants in a nine-unit building in Dartmouth recently moved out as their fixed-term leases ended. One is now paying more than double for a new apartment and worries that low-income renters will have nowhere to turn as affordable units disappear.
