Questions about the appearance and cleanliness of local shops and eateries in the downtown district, and their outdoor seating and garbage disposal practices were discussed at the September 13th meeting of the Board of Trustees, following a curtailed season of Friday Night Promenades. The Board appears to have an initiative planned for enhancing “curb appeal”
