MERIDEN — Four Hunter’s Ambulance employees will be honored during National Emergency Medical Services Week after successfully navigating a dangerous situation involving a co-worker. 
“EMS Week is a time to to thank paramedics, EMTs and the entire EMS workforce for their service and sacrifice,” city officials said in a statement. “It is also an opportunity to continue to raise public awareness about the critical role of EMS in the community.”
