Employee fatally shot man 'causing a disturbance' in business, Kansas City police say

May 7—Kansas City police say a 32-year-old man killed late Wednesday night was armed with a gun and "causing a disturbance" when he entered a business and was fatally shot by one of its employees.
Marc A. Davis II was found by police suffering from a gunshot wound in a parking lot outside of a Domino's Pizza in The Shops on Blue Parkway just before 9:30 p.m. in the 4200 block of Blue Parkway. He was taken to an area hospital where he later died, police said.
