STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. – One year after America went into COVID-19 lockdown, President Joe Biden offered some light at the end of the tunnel.
In his first prime-time address as president, Biden said that thanks to vaccination efforts, Americans may be able to celebrate backyard cookouts with small groups on the Fourth of July.
But it all rests on one thing and one thing only: An adequate supply of COVID-19 vaccine.
Keeping the supply flowing has been a major problem these last few months. And that’s something Biden can only do so much to control.
