Emmerdale's dramatic reveal, Chris Bisson has admitted that Jai
does have a motive to get Kim out of the way. "For Jai, [Kim's] situation is increasing his workload and really starting to frustrate and annoy him," he explained.
"His motive would be to undermine and convince everyone she's not capable, and then try and take full control of the business. A bit of payback for the way she treated Rishi when he was forced to sell his share of Sharma & Sharma to her."
Chris added that Jai and Kim have always experienced "a bit of a power struggle", with Kim assuming the role of boss, despite the fact the pair are supposed to be equal partners.
