Emergency meeting for Serbia and Kosovo in Brussels over car registration crisis

Serbian and Kosovo leaders are expected in Brussels on Monday to try and find a solution to the car registration crisis as tensions increase over the beginning of the implementation of the plans to ban Serbian number plates in Kosovo.
