Like many others right now, I’m struggling to multitask, fighting to find energy to complete simple errands and all the while feeling guilt over being lazy. There is, however, one task I complete almost every week, organizing my weekend plans around the pickup window and sometimes anxiously sitting in traffic after a hike with one singular thought: Am I going to get my ice cream?
