Elmore SPCA to hold adoption event for dogs seized from A Canine Gem

Fifteen dogs will be featured in the meet and greet event, which is scheduled to begin at 10 a.m. in the parking lot of the Clinton County Sheriff's Office on Saturday, April 20.
