'Cells at Work' Season 2 & 'Code Black' Anime Getting Early Funimation Streaming

Cells at Work announced previously that a second season was in the work amid a few other projects. During an event back in March 2020, it was revealed that the second season is now scheduled for a January 9th, 2021 premiere and that we were getting a
Cells at Work! CODE BLACK series as well. Funimation has now revealed in working with Aniplex USA that they’ll be streaming the season but they’re also going to be streaming it two days before the Japanese broadcast. Both series will now arrive on January 7th, 2021.
