Elizabeth Fry launches campaign to raise half a million dollars for transitional housing

Officials with the Elizabeth Fry Society of Thunder Bay say a proposed transitional housing project for women and gender-diverse people who are at risk of being involved in the criminal justice system would fill a need in the community.
