Elgin Rotary, Fox River Trolley Museum to host Oktoberfest Sept. 29-Oct. 1

The Fox River Trolley Museum and Rotary Club of Elgin are teaming up to bring an Oktoberfest celebration to South Elgin on Sept. 29 to Oct. 1. It will feature The Polkaholics and the Ed Wagner Brass Band.
