The grim numbers — 90 people infected and four dead at one home alone — tell the story.
But so does tone, and the top public health doctor for one Southwestern Ontario region struck a weary note Tuesday amid yet another deadly COVID-19 flare-up in long-term care, this one in Tillsonburg, and one of many across the region and the province.
