Elgin City Council makes 'cultural introductions' during unorthodox meeting

Elgin City Council members held their biweekly meeting Wednesday at Hawthorne Hill Nature Center, spending two hours in a "cultural introductions" training session with their diversity, equity and inclusion consultants inQUEST.
