Elephant Census: Elephant Census Begins in Tamil Nadu | Coimbatore News

A three-day synchronised elephant census has commenced in Tamil Nadu, covering forest areas from Hosur to Kanyakumari and towards the eastern ghats. The census will adopt methods such as block counts, line transects, and waterhole count.
