Electrocution of 14-year-old: Uttarakhand High Court says UPCL cannot absolve itself from responsibility to maintain electric line

A 14-year-old girl suffered severe injuries from being electrocuted when she went to the roof of a house to hang clothes. UPCL had moved a plea to quash a trial court summons issued in the case filed over the incident.
