Eight Montana affordable rental properties invited to apply for federal Housing Tax Credit

The Montana Board of Housing has invited eight affordable rental properties to move forward with federal Housing Tax Credit applications to build or rehabilitate affordable homes in Montana. The invites come after a series of public meetings on May 16 and May 17.
