The first location of Egg & Flour Pasta Bar to open outside Milwaukee debuts March 16, inside Metcalfe’s Market at 6700 W. State St., Wauwatosa.
It's the third location of the counter-service restaurant that chef-owner Adam Pawlak has opened in two years. The other two are on Milwaukee's east side, in Crossroads Collective food hall, 2238 N. Farwell Ave., and in the Bay View neighborhood, 2273 S. Howell Ave.
The Wauwatosa location will be open from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. daily. It has an entrance separate from the grocery store's main entrance, and also will have patio seating in fair weather.
