Effort underway to recruit more diverse male teachers

While students in America's public schools have become more diverse, the teacher workforce has not. It remains overwhelmingly female and white. Studies show that can impact some students’ education. So, in one school district, they are undertaking a major plan to attract diverse male teachers.
