Edu Deptt organizes mega rally of ULLAS volunteers at Bla

BARAMULLA: In a significant step towards promoting literacy and education among non-literate adults who didn't get a chance to go to school, Additional District Development Commissioner Baramulla, Syed Qamar Sajad on Friday flagged-off a mega rally of volunteers of Understanding of Lifelong Learning for All in Society (ULLAS) from DC office complex, here.
