Edmonton cyclists and police tout success of city's bike registration program

Three years after the Edmonton Police Service partnered with the non-profit Bike Index to facilitate bike registration, cyclists and officers say it reduced the number of bike thefts and helped to return stolen property back to the rightful owners.
