It disrupts our sleep — and our lives — and it takes days, if not weeks, to set things straight.
The dreaded spring forward.
Daylight saving time.
It may extend daylight, but it does nothing to ease the upheaval it creates every year.
The time change comes at 2 a.m. Sunday, so be prepared, again, to lose an hour of sleep, and be prepared, furthermore, to lose it forever, unless you count the fall back next autumn as restitution.
